Arunachal Pradesh 2024 Election: Assembly elections are to be held in Arunachal Pradesh next year. After Delhi, Punjab, Uttarakhand, UP, now the Aam Aadmi Party has started preparing to contest elections in Arunachal Pradesh. The party has expressed its desire to field candidates in all the 60 assembly seats and two Lok Sabha seats in the state. The party’s state unit general secretary Toko Nikam said AAP would do many good things if voted to power in the northeastern state in 2024.

Nikam said, Aam Aadmi Party will provide free water, electricity, medical service and world class education up to Rs 10 lakh. Also party AAP will repeal Arunachal Pradesh Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (APUAPA) 2014 and Arunachal Pradesh Religious Freedom Act 1978.

Statue of Honesty will be built in honor of Gyamar Padang
Nikam said that the party will resolve the failure of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) within six months. To eliminate corruption, Arunachal Pradesh will abolish the State Service Selection Board. AAP will also build a ‘Statue of Honesty’ in honor of Gyamar Padang, the whistleblower in the APPSC paper leak case.

The matter of paper leak came to light when Gyamar Padung, a candidate for the written examination for recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer  (Civil) conducted by APPSC, filed a case at Itanagar police station that the examination paper was leaked. They went. Last year, more than 400 candidates appeared in the examination held on August 26 and 27.
